Alchemists Kitchen Book Club

I’ll be hosting a 4 part workshop with the Alchemists Kitchen Book Club on the Bloom Book.

In this series, we will explore how the concept of cosmic balance, along with applying a healing justice framework to flower essence therapy, can bring about powerful individual and collective healing.

How Flower Essences Work

Balance and Healing Potentials

How to Apply a Healing Justice Framework to Flower Essence Therapy

How to Heal Ourselves, Each Other, and The Earth

Class 2: Cosmic Balance & Flower Essences (October 15)

Balance is the optimal state in which to encourage healing and maintain wellness. Balance within a cosmic context goes beyond the level of the self, and includes being in alignment with our environment—with each other and the Earth, on quantum levels. The paradigm shift from masculine (sun times) to feminine (moon times) has been underway for some time, and flower essences aid us in this transition to a more balanced state of being.

In this class, we will look at balance in a cosmic context—not only as a precipitator for optimal health, but also for collective transformation. We will address what balanced energetics look like, some of the common energetics of imbalance (e.g., anxiety and depression), and where we have the opportunity to access greater healing potentials with the help of the flowers.

The 4 part workshop, individual classes, and the Bloom Book can be booked and purchased via The Alchemists Kitchen here.

You may purchase this class individually and view more information on the class page.

This workshop will take place via Zoom. A recording of the class will also be available.
