Hello and happy solstice to you! Way to go, getting through 2019—phew! 

This season I’m thinking about getting strong. Perhaps you’re like me and have an easier time of taking care of yourself in the summer months. While Winter is the time for resting and building up your system, in the summertime I feel better when I strengthen my reserves and resilience in different ways: by being outside, connecting with others, and encouraging expansion and outward exploration.

So many blessings came about as a result of my Dark Side of Narcissus: Healing from Toxic Narcissism class, which I taught a couple of weeks ago. There does seem to be an ongoing need for this class, and I will probably offer it again in the Spring…

Heyyy! Deborah and I are beyond thrilled to formally announce the opening of our magical store--Spirit Shop! This has been a vision actualized from over 20 years of dedicated love of all things witchy.

Honored and humbled to be featured along some of the wise witches I really admire in Frances F. Denny's Major Arcana: Witches in America series. I feel like people usually see me in this sunny and happy way, and yet I feel much more multidimensional than just that. Frances, thank you for catching this darker, internal facet of me, and thank you for capturing the multidimensionality of this work. 

Happy Summer Solstice everyone! I feel like I've been waiting for this summer for a very long time. I feel like I've been in an emotional winter for a few years now and am finally shedding some layers to more fully allow joy and expansion. Emboldened by this new energy, I feel called to touch on a somewhat taboo subject: sex.
